Boone brings together some of the best herd sires of the Hoanbu Herd in the last 15 years.  Boone’s sire *B Woest-Hoeve Defying Gravity 5-04 EX90 (EEV) (2 championship legs) is the son of SGCH Iron-Owl Flying Dragon 2*M EX92 (EEEE), the 2014 ADGA Reserve National Grand Champion. Boone’s paternal great-grandsire SGCH ++*B Iron-Owl Bluebeard 6-05 EX92 (EEE) was the 2014 and 2015 ADGA National Show Premier Sire.  Boone’s paternal great-grandsire GCH +*B Wingwood Farm Finding Atlantis 3-04 EX91 (VEE), a buck I owned and enjoyed great successful with, was a son of SGCH ++*B Wingwood Farm Real Tactitian, the ADGA National Show Premier Sire in 2012.  Boone’s paternal aunt SGCH Woest-Hoeve Margaret 6-02 EX91 (VVEE) (4-04 EX92 EEEE) was the 2018 ADGA National Reserve Grand Champion and Best Udder as well as 2017 ADGA National Grand Champion and Best Udder. 

Boone’s dam is the iconic SGCH Hoanbu Status Misty Moonlight 2*M EX92 (EEEE), the 2013 ADGA National Show Reserve Grand Champion.  His maternal grandsire was the phenomenal SGCH ++*B Lakeshore Farms Star Status EX91 (EEE), the 3x ADGA National Show Premier Sire in 2010, 2011 and 2013 who has had a dozen daughters place in the top 15 at Nationals over the years. 

Boone’s paternal sister is Hoanbu DG Reflect Rosary, the 2018 ADGA National Junior Champion.  Rosary also took the title of NAILE Nubian Junior Champion and Supreme Best Junior Doe of Show in 2018, and was again named Nubian Junior Champion at the 2019 NAILE.  SGCH Hoanbu LR Moonlit Reflection 3*M EX91 is Boone’s maternal sister and the image of their mother.  Boone’s offspring remind me a lot of Moony.  They have exceptional general appearance, stylish dairy strength and beautiful globular mammaries. His daughter Hoanbu BMR Zaylee Zoee 5*M 2-04 VG89 (EEEE) earned two legs towards her championship as a first freshener and achieved the highest appraisal score a first freshener can earn.

Boone is DNA typed and parentage verified.  He is G6S Normal and tested negative for CAE, CL and Johnes.
